4th of July Strawberries

I found these on another blog that I follow. I thought how simple but yummy do they look.

So here is all you need:
strawberries
white chocolate (I used white chocolate chips but I bet they would look better if you had melting chocolate or almond bark)
blue sugar crystals
parchment paper (I used my cookie sheet mat)

Just dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate, I use my little crockpot but on the stove would work just as well or better.

You then dip the tip in the blue sugar crystals so you have the red, white, and blue. So creative but so simple and a great summer treat for a barbeque or any party.
